Who this website belongs to
This website is for Siaosi Nai Finau, ABN 49 265 189 174. For questions about your information, email contact@siaosinaifinau.com.au.
When you use the enquiry builder
The enquiry builder puts the details you enter into an email draft. It does not submit them to a website database. The information stays in the current page until you choose to open your email app or copy it. It is not saved by this website after you leave or reload the page.
When you send the email, your email provider and the recipient’s email provider process it. Include only the information needed to assess the delivery. Avoid including a seller’s personal details without their permission.
Information in your enquiry
An enquiry may include your name, email, item details, photographs, collection and delivery information, and access arrangements. This information is used to respond to you, assess the job, agree arrangements and carry out an agreed delivery.
Information needed for a delivery
Only share the personal details needed to organise the job. Where coordination with a seller or another person is necessary, the relevant arrangements should be agreed with you first. Business correspondence may be kept for operational and record-keeping purposes. You can email to ask about information held or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
Device storage and website hosting
The delivery guide saves completed checklist items in your browser’s local storage on this device. It stores checklist choices only. You can clear them with the “Reset checklist” button or your browser settings. The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Photographs and fonts are served with the website rather than loaded from third-party image or font services.
Your hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, as part of serving and protecting the website.
